We are pleased to announce that Vigilia has submitted its first cases to an Out of Court Dispute Settlement Body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act.

Vigilia submitted twelve cases (on three platforms) for perceived violations of the service's own community guidelines.

What makes our cases different is that, for the first time, these cases are submitted on behalf of a third party, under the representation possibilities offered by the DSA.

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that this third-party representation is tested in the context of Article 21. We are looking forward to see how it plays out in practice.
